Vibe Diary: private diary and mood journal
An encrypted daily journal with mood tracking, photos, voice notes and a map of your memories.
What Vibe Diary does
Vibe Diary is a private daily journal for Android. Each entry starts with how you feel: a mood, an energy level and a few feeling tags. Then you write, and add photos, videos, a voice note, a drawing, the place and the weather. Everything is locked behind a passcode, fingerprint or face, and the diary itself is encrypted on your phone.

Private by design
- Lock: a passcode, with fingerprint or face unlock.
- Encrypted on the phone: the whole diary database is encrypted with a random key kept in the phone's secure keystore.
- Encrypted backups: back up to your own Google Drive, and the backup is encrypted before it leaves the phone.
- Trash: deleted entries stay in Trash for 30 days, so a slip of the finger is not permanent.

Write, and add the whole moment
Entries autosave and show a word count and reading time. Add up to 3 photos and 2 videos per entry (5 photos with Plus), a voice recording, a drawing, stickers, tags, a template, the location and the weather. Photos open in a small editor with crop, tilt, tone and doodle.

Find any day again
Search by words, feelings or tags, with quick filters like Happy days, Rough days and Calm moments. Switch to the map to see every entry where it happened, browse the mood calendar, or let On This Day bring back entries from the same date in past years.

See your patterns
The Stats tab shows this week, this month or all time: entries, streak, words, your top tag, a mood spectrum, your weekly rhythm and where you write.

Keep the habit
Streaks, levels, XP and badges, a morning mood check-in, a daily quote, reminders and home screen widgets help you write a little every day. When the day was a lot, the Breathe tab has guided breathing with calming sounds.
Your diary is yours to take

Free, with Plus
Vibe Diary is free. There are banner ads in the home feed and in search, and none around writing or saving. Plus removes the ads and raises the photo limit to 5 per entry. The app is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean.
